Prior authorization required.

To return an eligible product, just send us an email or give us a call within 30 days of purchase.

You may return non-clearance/blowout, non-custom items for a refund to your credit card less shipping and a 20% to 30% restock fee at ISG's sole discretion. No returns will be authorized after 30 days of purchase. You will be sent an return authorization number via email. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund even if the item was shipped to you free as a promotion. If returning an item do to size, ISG will not charge a restocking fee as long as you purchase a new item.


Custom orders including logo orders are non returnable. Made-to-order items like all mirrors are non-returnable. Blow-out/clearance items are also non-returnable. Other items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Once an RGA/RAN has been issued, the product must be received by us within 2 weeks of the date of issue or it will be void.

Please note: If you are purchasing products for resale, please do not buy more than you can sell with the intention of returning what you don't sell. You can always order more and get them quickly. Products purchased for event sales are not eligible for return.

Merchandise must be in new unused condition to qualify for either credit or exchange.

Electronics items must still be in factory sealed packaging to qualify. If the seal is broken, we can not accept it for return.

Damage/Shipping Error: We all make mistakes. If we send you the wrong item or if the item is damaged in shipment, just let us know and we'll fix the problem right away at no additional cost to you.

If your package is returned to us due to a missing suite, apartment or room number, customer not available or any other reason

When we get it back, we will contact you with a couple options. We will need your credit card number for both. IndustrialSafetyGear can ship the package again and charge your card for the additional shipping or you may elect to just get a credit back to your card less shipping both ways as the carriers charge us for shipping each way. Please understand that this is to help keep costs down for everyone. FedEx and UPS  do charge us for shipping both ways if it gets returned to sender. Please be sure to double check your shipping address for the correct suite or apartment number to avoid this.Also, please track your package after shipping to avoid this.
